Background: Alex is a qualified photographer, graphic designer, digital film producer and primary school teacher. Her career has enabled the enriching pleasure of living and working around the world. To name a few; Britain, Ireland, New Zealand, South Korea, China and Australia.

This recent shoot was taken at Ballarat’s newly renovated Provincial Hotel.  My set up was fast for these three dancer sisters who popped up to visit Ballarat’s Winter Wonderland from Melbourne.

Studio Photography by Alex Pallett

Last Tuesday I got to find out what my new strobe lighting system could do. I am very happy with the results. Better colour and clarity. The bottom image of the three girls is them jumping together and I’m yet to edit that image with my overlays. So, I’m excited to say the least about experimenting with this series.

This style of photo shoot has a wait list. If you’d like to be on that list, the studio time is Tuesdays 5-6pm and the date will be set after the Hamilton dance competition.
